Please note:

  • Personalized or made-to-order items (such as custom-printed designs) are unique to you and therefore cannot be returned or refunded, unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

  • For any defective or incorrect items, please include clear photos of the issue in your initial email. This will help us process your request quickly.


Return Process

Condition of Returned Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Refunds
